By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

2. Scope of Services

We operate an online store supplying both digital software licenses (delivered electronically) and physical computer and repair products. Our website and checkout are powered by Shopify.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Digital Products – Key Conditions

• Delivery: Software keys are delivered electronically (on-screen and/or by email).
• Single-Use: Keys are issued once and are non-transferable.
• Activation: Once redeemed, the license becomes bound to your account and supported by the relevant publisher (e.g., Microsoft).
• Compatibility: Customers are responsible for verifying edition, hardware, and system compatibility before purchase.

5. Physical Products – Key Conditions

• Delivery: Physical items are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
• Condition: Products are sent new or refurbished as clearly stated on the product page.
• Damage During Transit: Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when the digital key is delivered or when a physical product is dispatched. We may cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or verification concerns. If cancelled after payment, any legally required refund will be issued.

7. Prices, Taxes & Billing

Prices may change without notice. The price payable is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude any applicable taxes or fees. By placing an order, you authorise us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Warranty (Digital Products)

• Cancellations: Possible only before the key is delivered. Once shown or emailed, cancellation is not possible.
• No Refunds After Delivery: Because digital keys are single-use and instantly revealable, refunds are not available once delivered or redeemed.
• 30-Day Activation Warranty: If a key fails to activate within 30 days, we will validate and provide a replacement at no extra cost. Proof (e.g., screenshot) is required.
• Post-Activation: Support and warranty for redeemed keys are provided directly by the software publisher under their policies.
• Abuse/Fraud: We may refuse replacements where misuse, prior activation, sharing, or fraud is evident.

9. Delivery & Availability (Physical & Digital)

Digital delivery is usually instant but may be delayed due to verification or technical issues. Physical delivery times vary based on courier performance and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, third parties, or events outside our control. If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund where required by law.

10. License & Acceptable Use

Purchase grants you a license or product subject to the relevant End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not resell, share, copy, or bypass any technological protection measures. You also agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content (images, text, graphics, logos) is owned by Software Kent Ltd, its licensors, or relevant rights holders. “Microsoft”, “Windows”, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. No rights are granted except those required to use the Services or products under their respective EULAs.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, couriers) and external links. These are provided “as is,” without warranties. Your use of them is at your own risk. Always review third-party policies before use.

13. Relationship with Shopify

www.softwarerepairworld.com is hosted on Shopify. However, all sales and customer relationships are solely between you and Software Kent Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain data processing is handled by them. Our site uses cookies and consent tools in line with applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance. Obligations that survive termination include payment, intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnity.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. Assignment
