Digital products, including software downloads, licence keys and activation codes, are non-refundable once delivered.

However, every digital product purchased from Software Kent Ltd includes a 30-day activation warranty for your peace of mind.

If your product key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will provide a free replacement key.

📦 Physical Product Returns

Physical products purchased from Software Kent Ltd are covered by a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase.

This includes eligible DVDs, USB drives, SSDs and hardware products.

Conditions for returning physical products:

  • Items must be returned with all included components and accessories.
  • SSDs and USB drives must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received.

All digital products purchased from Software Kent Ltd include a 30-day activation warranty.
