Very pleased with service and quick delivery. The downloads were easy to install and work well. The back up DVD took a long time to arrive but that was down to the postal service and not the seller.

A lot of bad reviews on the internet but the software actually works! The activation code did not arrive promptly and I had to email Software Kent for it and that was the only fear I had. They responded within 20 minutes with the code
I also saved £2.50 with a discount voucher but overall I saved over £100 by not going to the Nuance website. Very pleased with it!

purchased a key and download. Provided instantly by e-mail. All worked perfectly. Had to complete an uninstall of old product, but thereafter installation was smooth and Dragon seems to be working perfectly. Felt the price was good. All round good service and a good deal. Thank you.

PC was bricked after windows update, USB ports would no longer work.
Repair/install disc soon sorted the problem, now the system is working like new

I installed the Windows Pro Product Key and It seemed to register fine, I no longer have to activate Windows Pro

The ssd replacing a hard drive. These days 1TB is becoming the norm .
As for for the product the most fiddley bit was getting the plastic cover off the
back of the pc..
