By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

We operate an online store supplying both digital software licenses (delivered electronically) and physical computer and repair products. Our website and checkout are powered by Shopify.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Digital Products – Key Conditions

• Delivery: Software keys are delivered electronically (on-screen and/or by email).
• Single-Use: Keys are issued once and are non-transferable.
• Activation: Once redeemed, the license becomes bound to your account and supported by the relevant publisher (e.g., Microsoft).
• Compatibility: Customers are responsible for verifying edition, hardware, and system compatibility before purchase.

5. Physical Products – Key Conditions

• Delivery: Physical items are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
• Condition: Products are sent new or refurbished as clearly stated on the product page.
• Damage During Transit: Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when the digital key is delivered or when a physical product is dispatched. We may cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or verification concerns. If cancelled after payment, any legally required refund will be issued.

7. Prices, Taxes & Billing

Prices may change without notice. The price payable is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude any applicable taxes or fees. By placing an order, you authorise us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Warranty (Digital Products)

• Cancellations: Possible only before the key is delivered.
• No Refunds After Delivery: Refunds are not available once a digital key has been delivered or redeemed.
• 30-Day Activation Warranty: Faulty keys will be validated and replaced within 30 days.
• Post-Activation: Support for redeemed keys is provided by the software publisher.
• Abuse/Fraud: Replacements may be refused where misuse or fraud is identified.

9. Delivery & Availability

Digital delivery is usually instant but may be delayed by verification checks. Physical delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

10. License & Acceptable Use

Products are supplied under the relevant End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not resell, share, copy, or bypass protection measures or use our Services unlawfully.

11. Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by Software Kent Ltd or its licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

Third-party services and links are provided “as is” without warranties. Use them at your own risk.
