Thank you for choosing Software Kent Ltd. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both Physical Products (DVD / USB / SSD / hardware) and Digital Products (license keys & activation codes).

📦 30 Days Warranty on all Physical Products (DVD / USB / SSD)

🔧 No Fix – No Fee

All physical products purchased from Software Kent Ltd are covered by our No Fix – No Fee guarantee. If the item does not meet your needs or you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to a refund within the applicable return period.

📅 30-Day Refund Period

Physical products are covered by a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we offer a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

📝 Conditions for Returning Physical Items

  • 📦 Items must be returned with all included components and accessories.
  • 💽 SSDs / USB drives must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • 💳 Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received.

💻 30 Days Warranty on all Downloads & Product Keys

🛡️ 30-Day Activation Warranty

All digital products purchased from Software Kent Ltd include a 30-day activation warranty. If a key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will issue a free replacement key.

🚫 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods:

  • ❌ Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
  • ❌ Digital products are non-returnable once displayed or emailed.
  • 🔐 Product keys become non-retractable once exposed.

📘 Digital Content – UK / EU Consumer Rights

By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the product has been delivered.

❗ Digital orders may only be cancelled before the product key or download link is issued. Once delivered, the order is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.

If your key was not received due to email delivery issues, please contact us and we will resend your key after verifying your order.
