Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Software Kent Ltd. Our refund policy covers both Physical Products (DVD/USB/SSD/hardware) and Digital Downloads (license keys & activation codes).

30 Days Warranty on all Physical Products (DVD / USB / SSD)

🔧 NO FIX – NO FEE Guarantee

All physical items come with our No Fix – No Fee guarantee. If the product does not meet your needs or you are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within the return period.

📅 30-Day Warranty

Physical products are covered by a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

📝 Conditions for Returning Physical Items

  • 📦 Items must be returned with all included components/accessories.
  • 💽 SSDs/USB drives must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • 💰 Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item.

🔄 How to Return a Physical Product

  1. 👉 Go to our Returns Page on the Software Kent website.
  2. 👤 Log in to your account and select the order you want to return.
  3. 📨 Click Request Return and complete the form.
  4. 📧 You will receive a return label (Royal Mail or courier depending on the item).
  5. 📦 Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
  6. 🏤 Drop it off at any Royal Mail Post Office or designated drop-off point.

💳 Once we receive the item, we process your refund the same day. Payment providers typically take 2–3 business days to release the funds.

30 Day Warranty on all Downloads & Product Keys

🛡️ 30-Day Activation Warranty

All digital products purchased from us include a 30-day activation warranty. If your key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will issue a free replacement key

🚫 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, all digital products are:

  • ❌ Non-refundable once delivered
  • ❌ Non-returnable once displayed or emailed
  • 🔐 Keys become non-retractable once exposed

📘 Digital Content Consumer Rights (UK/EU)

By purchasing, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the digital product has been delivered.

❗ Orders may only be cancelled before the product key or download link has been issued. After delivery, the order is considered completed and cannot be refunded.

📩 Didn’t Receive Your Key?

If your key was not received due to email issues, we will resend it promptly after verifying the order.
