Thank you for choosing Software Kent Ltd. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both Physical Products (DVD / USB / SSD / hardware) and Digital Products (license keys & activation codes).
š¦ 30 Days Warranty on all Physical Products (DVD / USB / SSD)
š§ No Fix ā No Fee
All physical products purchased from Software Kent Ltd are covered by our No Fix ā No Fee guarantee. If the item does not meet your needs or you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to a refund within the applicable return period.
š 30-Day Refund Period
Physical products are covered by a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If youāre not happy for any reason, we offer a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
š Conditions for Returning Physical Items
- š¦ Items must be returned with all included components and accessories.
- š½ SSDs / USB drives must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- š³ Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received.
š» 30 Days Warranty on all Downloads & Product Keys
š”ļø 30-Day Activation Warranty
All digital products purchased from Software Kent Ltd include a 30-day activation warranty. If a key does not activate or is proven faulty within 30 days, we will issue a free replacement key.
š« Non-Refundable Digital Products
Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods:
- ā Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
- ā Digital products are non-returnable once displayed or emailed.
- š Product keys become non-retractable once exposed.
š Digital Content ā UK / EU Consumer Rights
By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the product has been delivered.
ā Digital orders may only be cancelled before the product key or download link is issued. Once delivered, the order is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
