🇬🇧 UK Tracked Delivery

  • FREE Delivery – 3 to 5 working days
  • FAST Tracked Delivery – 2 to 3 working days – £2.99
  • FAST Premium Delivery – 1 to 2 working days – £4.99
  • Next Working Day – £11.99 when ordered before 2pm, Monday–Thursday

🌍 Worldwide Tracked Delivery

Software Kent Ltd provides worldwide delivery options for eligible physical and digital products.

  • UPS Tracked Worldwide – 3–5 working days – £11.99
  • Instant email delivery applies to eligible digital products worldwide

Worldwide tracked delivery is available to destinations including the USA, Canada, Australia and many other countries.

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for worldwide physical deliveries. Working days do not include weekends.

🚚 Next Working Day Delivery

Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday to qualify for Next Working Day delivery.

Next-day orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Friday, but Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for expected delivery on Tuesday.

Most eligible digital products are delivered automatically after successful payment. If you have not received your order, please:

  • 📥 Check your email inbox and spam or junk folders.
  • ✉️ Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
  • 🕒 Allow additional time if your order requires manual fulfilment.

🕒 Manual Digital Delivery

In rare cases, a digital order may require manual fulfilment.

If manual fulfilment is required, your licence will be delivered within 2–3 working hours during our operating hours.

Operating Hours: Monday–Sunday, 9:00–17:00 UK time.
