No Fix, No Fee – Physical Items (DVD / USB / SSD / HDD)

We offer a 30-day coverage from the date of purchase on all physical items. If you are not satisfied with the software or it does not meet your requirements, we will issue a full refund – no questions asked.

How to Return a Physical Item for Exchange or Refund

Start your return here: https://softwarekent.com/pages/return-request
Log in to your account, select your order, and click Request Return.
Complete the Return Form and wait for an email containing your prepaid return label.
Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid label.
Drop the package at your nearest Post Office or any Royal Mail drop-off point.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed the same day. Please allow 2–3 working days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Digital Products (Downloads & License Keys)

All license keys are covered by a 30-day warranty. If you experience any issues within 30 days of purchase, we will provide an exchange.
Refunds are not available for license keys or digital downloads once the code has been issued.
However, we will assist with exchanges, provide replacement download links, or issue store credit where necessary.

Important Information

Software Repair World sells activation codes, which are issued only once and are strictly personal. For this reason, no statutory right of withdrawal applies, and there is no 14-day cooling-off period as with standard online purchases.
A free trial version of all software we offer is available. We strongly recommend testing the trial version to ensure it meets your needs and system requirements before purchase.
