My computer was completely dead. I installed the new SSD with windows 11
preinstalled, and it started right up. I uploaded the windows key that was supplied
with the SSD, completed the updates, and everything is working perfectly.
received the software immediately, a slight hiccup with the product key which the customer support portal sorted very quickly! full product installed and working fine, Very satisfied.
You need to tell the user its going to take ages to do anything I thought it wasn't working as there was no indication of activity.
This is the first time I have ventured into the realms of a Corel product. I am well retired and have used most other software to a greater or lesser degree. I gave it 5 stars because it obviously oozes potential to ME. With that though comes the need to have available simple guides to the basics. Yes - there are plenty on the web, but they seem to assume that one has a good grounding for starters. So I am back in the good old days of taking half an hour or more to get the appropriate key click. Happy days..
